New series for ‘A Mother's Sacrifices’ star to wrap soon

New series featuring ‘A Mother's Sacrifices’ star Kambiz Dirbaz is set to wrap up soon.

A Monday media release said ‘Special Conditions’ series which has ‘No Pain, No Gain’ star on the cast list will finish editing and sound mixing soon, adding the TV production will be ready to air on local Iranian channels after the 2018 Russia World Cup.

The new TV production directed by Vahid Amirkhani and featuring ‘A Mother's Sacrifices’ star ended shooting a while ago.

The series will take a sketchy look at the time of the Iraq-Iran war sugarcoated with humor and themed on some social issues.

Dirbaz is a well-known television actor appearing in series such as 'Cold Fever' (2004), 'Paridokht' (2007), 'No Pain, No Gain' (2010), 'In the Eye of the Storm' (2010) and 'Michael' (2014).

He won the Crystal Simorgh for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for the movie 'Duel' (2003) at the 22nd Fajr International Film Festival.

Dirbaz has also appeared in a number of movies, including 'Naghmeh' (2002), 'Vertigo' (2006), 'The Outcasts' (2005), '14-Karat' (2008), 'The First Condition' (2009) and 'Ash and Snow' (2012).
